Once your order is dispatched we email/SMS you the courier name and tracking (AWB) number. It usually arrives within 24–48 hours of ordering.

My tracking shows no updates. What should I do?

Couriers can take up to 24 hours to show the first scan. If nothing changes after 2 days, contact us with your order number.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive in 3–7 working days, depending on your pincode.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, before the order is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the new address.
